The Family Enrichment Community Learning Center, Inc. admits students/participants of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Learning Center

We do not discriminate on the basis of color or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

AS TO EMPLOYEES

It is the policy of the Family Enrichment Community Learning Center, Inc. not to discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, participation and membership in professional or political organizations, marital status, age, or disability. Sexual harassment is a form of employee misconduct, which undermines the integrity of the employment relationship, and is prohibited.
